Your procedure will be done under deep sedation in our fully accredited ambulatory clinic. Short term and longer term services are available depending on your needs and problems. Sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly to start and usually 60 minutes long (including any required paperwork). Together we decide the best course and plan for you. My approach is collaborative and draws from various theories of practice to allow me to better meet your counselling therapy needs, including Client-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems, Relational Cultural, Narrative, & Mindfulness Practice.

Harbour Air was founded in British Columbia in 1982. With two small Dehavilland Beaver seaplanes and a plan to service the forest industry, we began offering private charters. With growing success the company quickly expanded, adding scheduled flights between Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast and Whistler.
