I built a home back in 2003 and these guys were contracted through the builder to do the siding. In 2014 I call them up because a piece of siding has cracked and I don't know how to source the product I need to do the repair. Within hours I get a call, here's how to find the colour code, some suppliers that may stock it, he even offers that if I have trouble he will come take a look and will get me what I need from one of his current suppliers. It was almost -40 the other the day and my truck died in chestermere. I phoned all the towing outfit in the area but only yellow hook towing entertained my call. John O, the driver, got there in less than 30 mins. He knew I was very cold and offered for me to get into his warm truck, while he was setting up the tow. Awesome job John.
