The SPHF Gala Evening presented by Peninsula Co-op is the signature fundraising event hosted annually by the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation. This year, Peninsula Co-op will be the evening's Presenting Sponsor. We are thrilled that Church and State Winery has once again offered their beautiful venue for our event. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous three-course dinner, paired with their award-winning wines. Tempting items will be available to bid on, at both the silent auction and the limited, but exclusive, live auction. This year, the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation is raising funds for a new OR Sterilization Department. Your donation will ensure that we have the most modern equipment and facilities. Making sterilization part of a 'closed loop' system, where clean tools go only into the 'sterile' corridor and then into the operating room; while used tools are returned to a 'contaminated' room, without ever entering either the 'sterile' corridor or the hallways of the hospital, will raise our standards to twenty-first century requirements
