Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give. I bought a used car, and have had no big expenses yet (since coming to them). Probably because I haven't been told to do something unnecessary yet. I have been doing my Masters in a different city and make an effort to drive out of my way to come back to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone, with great knowledge of cars, or like myself, someone who knows little and could easily get tricked into some big bills. Great company!
