This is my second time here with a few pals riding around the island, enjoying the sights. Some of my friends in the group have visited several times. Elaine and Glen, the manager/owners are super friendly and accomodating. I actually got morning coffee and muffins a little later than the 8am to 9am window but I can't guarantee you will be so lucky. The rooms, clean and fresh, TVs, fridges, showers, some rooms with tubs. The hot water never stopped, plenty of ice in the fridge's freezer. Theres a great iron fire pit, lots of wood and gas barbeques for general use. We put them all to work one evening and even managed to get Elaine and Glen to join us a bit. Caught some sun on the immaculate grounds. If you don't want to cook, there is a great family restaurant a 5 minute walk away. Minutes into town for supplies or activities. Not close enough to the road to be disturbed by traffic. Thank you E and G at the Paradise! We'll be back!Read more

It's magnificent environment of small town appeal, beautiful waterfront, and luscious landscaping set against its convenient location helps make Shemron Suites the most comfortable accommodations in Deep River. Located downtown Deep River within walking distance to all amenities and metres away from the Ottawa River waterfront, Shemron Suites has become a home away from home for many of our clients. We're the only hotel for miles and offer the comfortable appeal of all-suites accommodations. Whether you're away from home on business, vacationing, or traveling with athletic teams, our All-Suites hotel has something to offer everyone.
Spent 4 nights at the Shemron Suites in mid-July 2015 and honestly couldn't have been happier with it. I had rented a one bedroom suite with kitchenette which was very reasonably priced @ just over $100 per night. Rooms were impeccably clean, the whitest sheets I've ever seen on a motel bed, bathroom and kitchenette squeaky clean. Bottom line, I'd highly recommend this hotel, good service, clean, reasonably priced....pillows were comfy too.Read more
It has been some time since we visited your hotel in Midland but our experience has always been one of comfort and relaxation. The reason we have not been able to visit recently has been because we have lost our car and cannot get there. Although we have wanted to spend some weekends at the Highland but we have found out that there is no bus service to Midland from Toronto! What a real pity. The InnesRead more
