Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. I just bought my house and a month later my furnace stopped working, I had never needed to call a heating company before so I looked through the yellowpages and called a few different companies. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called.
Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with their service and I will defiantly be using them again! Thanks City Gas!
