I have never dined in at Neighbours as I have only gotten take out from them. for the food, portions are large, food is decent, I can't speak for the service as they are always friendly on the phone when I order.

The pasta at Old Spaghetti Factory is good to eat and you get decent value for the money. The pasta can tend to be ordinary from the perspective of the selections but they put together good food and they offer a fun atmosphere and decor that makes them a good family restaurant for when you are downtown with your family. My Filipino friends brought me to this really authentic Filipino restaurant. When they have family gathering they order there food here for their parties. The restaurant is very simple and nothing fancy at all. However, the food is absolutely great.

Hate the wait but love the food. If you come at 10pm on a Saturday still a 10 minutes wait. I have been here a couple of times before and always excellent. The meatballs in tomato sauce just amazing. We had the zucchini and rabbit pasta dishes and both so good. Cooked just al dente, good amount of flavour and just enough coating of sauce. Very good selection of by glass or bottle wines.
