In July 1993 I was appointed to be a Province of Manitoba Marriage Commissioner. Since that time I have officiated at more than 1,600 weddings. Becoming a marriage commissioner was a perfect fit for me. In January 2014, I became a certified funeral celebrant would be another perfect fit for me.
I retired from my government career with Manitoba Health in January 2015. This has given me more time to focus on my true calling — performing wedding ceremonies and officiating at funerals and celebrations of life.
I am caring, friendly, open and a great listener. My friends and colleagues have praised my warm sense of humour, calm demeanour, thoughtfulness, and patience. And I really love what I do.
I hope to share with you my experience, compassion and professionalism as a Marriage Commissioner or Funeral Celebrant.

In 1976, Barry founded Rob-Lyn Financial (named after his two children) on the principle of protecting and doing what is right for clients. At the time, Rob-Lyn was just a two-person team made up of Barry Adams and Joanne Sands, and focused largely on insurance.
Best Chiropractor in Winnipeg, hands down. I have suffered from lower back pain for YEARS and finally went to go see Dr. Steve. He was very professional and explained everything that was going to happen and some of the changes I would see. As well as how some of the stresses in my life are affecting my spinal health, which amazed me. Thanks Dr. Steve.Read more

First place I started coming to when I moved to Winnipeg; I may have moved further away but I will gladly travel the distance to continue coming here!
Excellent service; I always love how my hair comes out be it cut or colour.
Great prices, especially as a nonbinary person I love the prices are not gendered.
I can also openly and freely talk of being queer and nonbinary.
My favorite location to come to! Always recommend here.Read more
