We operate under the authority of the BCA, the Housing Services Act, the Shareholders Declaration, and any other rules determined by the City of Greater Sudbury as the legislatively designated Consolidated Municipal Service Manager (Service Manager) responsible for the funding and administration of affordable housing in its jurisdiction. There were the four Sundays preparing us to remember the new life celebrated in the birth of the Christ child and there were celebrations of new life in the form of three baptisms.
