I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue.
