Custom Kitchens was founded in 2004 by Marc Patouillet with the goal of providing quality cabinetry to the Lower Mainland. We guarantee customers are satisfied with quality craftsmanship, competitive prices and expert advice. We carry a full line of products for any of your renovation or building projects. Custom kitchens uses top quality premium plywood for all boxes as well as plywood dovetail drawers, blum soft hinges and glides for all the hardware. All cabinets are stapled and fastened with screws to ensure the strength of the cabinets. 5/8" is the smallest thickness we use in our quality cabinetry. This includes full backs on all cabinets and plywood bases. We will make your space work for you! Our cabinets have all of the qualities that premium cabinets should have to stand the test of time. We will guide you to select the best materials and finishes that will stand up to the challenges of your home day after day.

Established in 2011, Mark Westgate and Kevin Day started Calibre Doors and Millwork ltd. Although a new business, Mark and Kevin have almost 30 years of combined woodworking experience on the Island. They have been working together for the past 7 years, after finishing their Joinery apprenticeships at BCIT. This partnership allows them to work well together, complementing each other's strengths and giving Calibre Doors the ability to manufacture the finest quality products. They take great pride in their work and are committed to keeping strict timelines and establishing great relationships with all of their clients. Our doors are constructed using the time honoured technique of mortise and tenon joinery. We source the best quality wood, whether it's Douglas Fir, White Oak, Cherry, Eastern Maple, or Sapele, just to name a few. Each board is carefully inspected and cut to produce the finest product possible.
