I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. I love how disbrowe treats their customers. You feel welcomed and trust things will be done properly without being hassled to fix things that aren't broken. They are fast and provide comp transportation while you wait and even wash your car. I live in London but still choose to bring my vehicle to disbrowes simply for the best customer service I've ever experienced.
