Jeff and Joe Beliveau are brothers who have taken over the ownership and operations of NOR Renovations Ltd. and Shuswap Vinyl Sundecks and Railings. Their father Ron Beliveau started NOR Renovations in 1982 and purchased Shuswap Vinyl Sundecks in early 2002. This gave them their first taste of the trade back in their early teens labouring for a number of installation crews. Over the years they have become certified installers of several products and gained knowledge of all aspects of the business. Their focus in today's building and renovation markets is to continue developing a strong future serving the people of the Okanagan and Shuswap communities. My approach is to work with the clients to help them design their dream home. People typically have ideas for a floor plan design and exterior look, and I just help them bring their dreams to reality. Understanding clients’ needs and wants is an important part of the design process. With over 20 yrs in Residential home designs I have gained knowledge and experience that will be helpful in your design process: I offer options and suggestions to make your design incredible! The design process starts with meeting clients on site to review the property view lines and challenges if there are any. Generally, clients have a preliminary floor plan sketch or a plan they printed off the internet. In my experience everyone has their own ideas for a floor plan layout, and I work with them at this starting point. From this point, I take their ideas, needs, and wants and start with the design process.
