Our Health and Fitness Club has changed lives through many different non-profit and donation programs we have supported and continue to support throughout the community such as the Terri Fox Run, Juvenile Diabetes, Monarch Place, Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis, New Westminster Annual Christmas food and toy drive. We will continue to cater to both men and women of all ages and fitness levels in our co-ed section while still maintaining a women's only section. Some of our classes to look forward to will be spinning (indoor cycling), yoga, boot camp and beginner classes with many more still to be determined within the coming weeks! As well we will continue to offer our clients one on one personal training and small group training with some of the best certified personal trainers in the area to help you reach your own personal fitness goals.
ZHOOSH Fitness Garage is a new gym catering to fitness clients with an old-school, laces-canvas-and-hard-work mentality. Robyn Murrell, as owner/operator of the Garage, brings personal training, weight training, FIGHT CLUB Circuit Training, Boxing and various health and wellness options to residents of New Westminster and the Lower Mainland. Murrell also teaches Woman's Kickboxing via Foxy Kickboxing at the Garage and offers clients a unique range of fitness regimes in the martial arts such as Boxing BAD, Combat Submission Wrestling, Karate and Self-Defence with qualified instructors.
Our team of fitness experts carries the highest certifications and credentials to ensure that you receive the optimal level of care and instruction to meet your fitness goals. Led by our founder, Steve Carter, we work with each of our clients on an individual basis to understand their limitations on the golf course and/or in their life to devise a customized fitness plan that utilizes functional and core strength techniques to meet their personal fitness goals.
