Rick is a fully rounded musician and offers decades of experience as a performer, accompanist and piano teacher. As a pianist/performer who is also a composer he takes pride that each song in his repertoire shines in a way that would make the composer proud. In fact part of his teaching method is for students to learn to get inside the head of the composer or song-writer. He has not only played at all kinds of celebrations and events including wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, birthdays, corporate functions but has been a musical director for several broadway musicals. .

My name is Olaf, I am a professional musician/teacher that majored in performance and composition in University. I had the opportunity to perform at well known music festivals where we opened for artists like Tom Cochrane, Great Big Sea, Hey Rosetta, Gandharvas, Holly McNarland and The Pursuit of Happiness. I started teaching in 2002 students of all ages, as early as 4 years to 65+ old. The goal is to provide a flexible and patient yet passionate environment, where students are gently challenged in order to develop well rounded musical and instrumental skills. The electronic studio is equipped with a pro Yamaha electronic drum-set, electric piano which means it can be synchronized to a laptop or handheld device for the purpose of playing along to songs, empty tracks or a metronome. In this way the student has access to their music via cd/mp3/usb/internet.
