I’ve been going to Diamond Nails on Bank st for 2 years now and I just wanted to express my gratitude to the people working there, they work long hard hours and provide the best service no matter how busy they are. I myself worked in the service industry for a longtime and understand the hardship that comes with it. Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)
