I have been going to VN Nails for about 6 months and find them excellent. They are always polite and friendly to me. The work is quick and skilled. I usually get Nam (the male owner) and he is polite and makes sure I am satisfied with his work. I have dropped in from time to time for a repair and he never charges me. He has even held the store open for me to arrive late. The store is clean and convenient. I don't go anywhere else anymore.

Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?

The two people on staff were literally the most fun I have ever had getting my nails done!
Pedi and mani - last minute, squeezed me in,
Waited for a while, had a blast the entire time
Gave me nail care advice too!

Went for the first time 3 weeks ago because I couldn't get to my regular nail salon. Dylan did my nails and he did an awesome job. Perfect shape, he is skilled with designs ( I got ombre and marble nails) and its closer to where I live so I'm happy. last but not least, I went on vacation and they lasted ( i was climbing cliffs, swimming a lot and not one issue)

The Nail Lounge & Beauty Bar is very clean and welcoming. A great modern atmosphere. Sometimes I feel rushed when I have treatments done. Communication is a bit frustrating as well. Overall, a great place to have manicures and pedicures. Menu of services and prices that are visible to clients would be beneficial. This has been requested many times, but nothing has happened. Last thing, perhaps a television right above the manicure area with news or music videos would be a good idea.
