Woke up Sunday morning with my pump running and alarm going off and water in my basement. Called and was told that Chad was at another call and would be at my place asap. My father, who was travelling to PEI passed away unexpectedly in Winnipeg. Shane and the team were amazing to deal with, and helped us get back home to BC sooner than I expected.
