Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Hello, I was in your store yesterday, I brought a watch that I had bought there in for repair. As I was leaving, I stopped to look at the watches hat were in the display case. The lady that was looking after me said that I could also pick out another watch instead if I wanted to. So I decided to do this and the lady gave me such good service. She adjusted the strap for me, set the time and she even put a new battery in it for me. I just want to say Thank You again . Diane
