I work as a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. My original training was rooted in Osteopathy - Craniosacral, Muscle Energy, and Myofascial Release. For the last 3 years, I've delved deep in to the world of BodyTalk and consciousness-based medicine. Pooling and resourcing all of my knowledge and training, I work on all levels to deliver a session tailored to you and your present needs. As a graduate of North America’s premier West Coast College of Massage Therapy's 3-year RMT program over some 11 years ago. And as a former competitive athlete, cyclist, I have experienced some of those challenges of life and sport participation that unbalance the body and lead to seeking therapeutic assistance to regain the previous state of health, or activity. It is my intention to facilitate the healing process and will work with you to a restore pain-free state of well-being, a therapeutic approach whether thorough 'deep tissue' massage, or a nervous system calming. Employing a variety of other treatment appropriate techniques.
