I would give a five to Joshua and a two to the dismissive uncaring female manager. Did not attempt to fit the glasses and refused to give me the parts left over from replacing the arm on my extra pair that I brought in. Said make sure you can read this chart and walked away. Only get Joshua for your appointments.
