No one wants to be in an accident now matter how much damage there is the emotional affect is still there. Right from the lady in the parking lot and on through not only did they guide me in what needed to be done they showed compassion and understanding and for that I thank the staff. A special thanks to the lovely lady police officer I dealt with who after doing what needed to be done took a few moments to just talk. For a brief time there was no accident or reporting center just peace
