Based on a very brief email message, Jan knew instantly what was happening to my dogs coat and why - and explained how she could get it back to the way it should look. She worked on my dog promptly, and handled her gently so my dog left looking lovely - and without showing any signs of stress. Pretty much always have a good experience here. Only complaint is sometimes they should open another lane during a rush of customers at checkout. Most of the time they do, but I’d say about 30-40% of the time that is not the case. Otherwise it’s a great store. (Regardless of all that, don’t buy pets at pet stores, it’s a cruel inhumane industry. Stick to just food, toys, bedding, litter, etc)
