Amazing! I had my dog fixed last week and the service was amazing. They were very clear on the pre op instructions, and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. My dog can be hard to handle but the team there was amazing with him. They even called afterwards to see how he was healing. 5 stars to the team across the board. I would recommend this vet and team to any loving pet owners. Thank you from Steve:) My dog is back to himself not even 5 days later!

Ann is actually a Master Groomer. She is a a respected professional in her field who trains professionals in the lastest products and grooms for any breed of dog. and works with orher professionals.
Ann and her staff, Erica and Chrissy, are always kind and easy on the animals. It's unbelievable how calming a good Groomer like Ann is for an animal who is nervous of being groomed. I always ask her to do my puppies' early grooms to start them right.

We are always quick to report poor customer service however I would like to report the wonderful customer service I always receive in the Smith Falls location. Daryl, who served me to-day and the young lady working with him (01/25/19 - 11:40 AM) are the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, each and every visit!
