While waiting for our food, my husbands sugar crashed and he felt horrible, sweaty, shaky, dizzy.. the staff noticed something was wrong and immediately sprang into action. They offered orange juice and some ice for his neck.... by the time he felt better we didn’t want to eat... they packed up our food and the manager took care of the bill. They went over and above... now that’s customer service! Thank you Kelsey’s for turning a bad experience into a good one!

Prior to the recent renovation food here was bad however since the renovation and possibly new management? We have been five times now and the chicken, popcorn chicken and chicken sandwiches have been most excellent. We did takeout so I didn't rate atmosphere.

Best sticky toffee pudding; sandwiches are innovative without being over the top obnoxious; great fries that I believe are hand cut; very good variety of beverages; staff is friendly and knowledgeable; atmosphere is cozy and clean.
