Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!
