Sarah holds a Master of Science degree in Individual, Couple & Family Therapy from the University of Guelph. Sarah also has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario and has experience teaching at both the Intermediate and Senior grade levels. Sarah is a Clinical Member of the American (Ontario) Association for Marriage & Family Therapy and is registered with the Canadian Registry for Marriage & Family Therapy.
I provide psychotherapy and career counselling to individuals (16 years of age and older) and couples dealing with: depression, anxiety, grief, stress, anger issues, procrastination, perfectionism, relationship and interpersonal stressors, chronic pain, life transitions / adjustments, workplace stress, and career / vocational decision-making.
I also provide mental training to athletes (i.e., sport psychology) and professionals wanting to enhance their overall performance and productivity.
All treatments are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient and aim to both resolve problem areas and enhance daily functioning.
