After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage. Being a woman it’s been difficult to find honest mechanics. I had a leak prob with my Jeep. I went and bought sticky tape and he spent hours cutting out each individual seal. I cannot recommend this shop more. Saved me lots of money! His time, care, and attention meant so much. Very grateful to have found Doug. He is now my “go to” mechanic.
