My mom and dad have recently been admitted into the Heritage Nursing Home in Toronto. Although my parents have never ever lived in a home other than their own, they settled down very quickly. They were made so welcome and all their needs were attended to quickly and sensitively. My father had been to a hospital for a very serious treatment and he and my mother were admitted straight from the hospital to the home. As with all elderly couples, my parents had their individualism, but all their whims were attended to with care. They are now very happy with their new home and I and the rest of the siblings are so relieved and happy.

It’s a hard decision when placing a loved one in LTC facility. Main St Terrace is an old building, but what they lack in aesthetics they make up for with incredible staff. . I am astounded as to how well my mom is doing there. She’s happy, benefits from the interaction, she’s safe. With my mom’s dementia there is no way I could provide the same level of care, meals, hygiene, nursing, dr visits, physiotherapist, sensory games, outings, health, safety & security. My mom is hzppy & doing well

The assistant nurse to Susan recd me in a very professional way and explained all about what I wanted to know.
She asked me to book an appointment for a tour.
