The Food here is fantastic! The best Spring rolls I have ever had and very attentive service.
Unlike a lot of Chinese restaurants the food here is not too salty or greasy. It won't leave you feeling sick or hungry a couple of hours later.

I came to this restaurant for my father's birthday and the food was incredible. It is an authetic portuguese restaurant on James street in Hamilton. For an appetizer we had the Bruchetta, which is baked pizza style bread topped with tomato, onion and garlic. Yumm! For the dish I ate the Filete com arroz, which is fish filete with seafood rice. The dish cost $17 but was really cheap considering the amount of food that was provided. I will definetely return to this restaurant and recommend anyone to try this place. They have a large menu with many options. If you havent tried portuguese food or just love the food, you wont be disappointed at the Wild Orchid.

This has to be the best Chinese food in Hamilton, we are never disappointed with the food here.
Only downside is that they are so popular they get extremely busy and service can be slow. if you call ahead of your needs (allow an hour for your order to be ready) then this is the place to go!

My friend casually said as we drove, have you tried "Wok's Taste"? That's where we get our Chinese food." I said "No." He made a detour and drove me past the unassuming storefront. They've been there for years, and have a full menu with all the favourites. Today I tried it. I ordered way too much for delivery and glad I did! It will not be wasted! The young lady on the phone told me delivery would be 45 minutes. Right on time, my food was there, steaming hot Chinese food and delicious!

The food and portions here are really worth checking out.
A very relaxed casual dinning experience. I've been going here for over 6 years now.
The staff is friendly though the older family members of the restaurant do have some trouble with English.
The foods always hot and made to spec and if you do have questions and concerns they will do their best to make the meal right for you.
My favorite meal choice is the General Tao chicken they serve its a spicy dish that got crispy chicken done up in a hot yet sweet sauce mixed with sesame seeds.
The inside might not look like much but if you appreciate good food and decent prices I recommended it.
The only downside is there really isn't parking so you must look to park on Gage ave.
