Great customer service. Thank you! When the waitress set down my Long Island Iced Tea, I picked it up & instantly the bottom of the glass broke away dumping the whole 'tall' glass of ice etc all over the table, splashing onto our faces, clothes & the seat. The waitresses were very appologetic, promptly cleaned up the mess-even offered to give me a shirt to wear! Also, my fresh drink, meal, PLUS the two other meals at the table were on the house! It was greatly appreciated & unexpected.

We have been to IHop in Sherwood Park two or three times a week and have had the best service with the waiters and waitresses. I would recommend IHop to everyone.
