hello my name is Brian H and I'd like to give a big thumbs up to Nicks for what happened today! After driving to all my regular spots to have a small project of an amazon hood ornament installed without any luck as a last effort I pulled into Nicks on my way home! The waiting room and quality at CARSTAR is great and the prices are very reasonable. I had 2 other mechanic shops look at my Civic and they couldn't figure out the issue, one even said to change the differential ($3000), Carstar found the root cause, and not it's perfect for only $645. Honestly, most shop just guess since they don't have the high tech gadgets, so I will also go to Carstar now on. I actually went to Carstar for a collision repair but fortunately I found their mechanic shop too.
