A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

Please don't be late to the weekend workouts as it takes away time from others that are on time. On Wednesday night I understand that some of you may be late and that's cool, however on the weekends, set your alarm clocks 20 minutes earlier and be on timePlease donate to the resistance band fund as we have been breaking a lot of bands. Even if you have donated in the past think about this, most boot camps are $12. 00 to $15. 00 for just a single one hour session.
