Sushi Supreme invites you to their establishment. They are open late all week. You can get there by public transit. They are in a peaceful surrounding acknowledged for its grassy spaces.
Starving while walking out from the subway, my boyfriend recommended this place since it was his go to place with his buddies for sushi. I was thinking that since it was a la carte it would be more expensive but surprisingly it wasn't. The place was quite busy and the service was somewhat slow. We ordered 2 supreme bento boxes at 10 dollars a piece and a spicy crunchy california roll as well as extra shrimp tempura. It was more than enough to fill us up and we had leftovers as well. They gave out generous portions for their price and the quality is good for its price. The service was decent and the bill wasn't expensive at all. I would definitely come back. Read more
Nami Japanese Restaurant is located in the downtown core, is considered one of Toronto's finest authentic Japanese restaurants and has been well for over 30 years. Nami is traditional Japanese cuisine served in a simple, modern setting. Walking through the front door is like taking a trip to Kyoto. Signature dish !!! Don't miss it !!! It wasn't on the menu when I first started going there 20 years ago but somehow word got out.......what a bummer ! You will never taste anything like it. Japanese charcoal, particularly Binchotan, is prized for its superior quality of burning in addition to the excellent heat retention at high temperatures. Most fine quality charcoal contains 80% of carbon component, which produces minimal odour associated with the impurities and volatile components. However, in binchotan charcoal, the carbon component is 93% to 95%, meaning food grilled with it retains its own natural flavours at the most purest state. Since Binchotan charcoal is nearly pure carbon, it momentarily reaches temperatures of 1000°C yet produces no flame or odour.
