Reserved my spot on-line this morning with LifeLabs, Farley Drive, Guelph, ON. Arrived on-time. Young lady at reception was very courteous and efficient. All staff was masked and wearing face shields. I was taken in right away. My technician was Sharon. She was very cheerful and professional. I am quite impressed with the care I received. Very helpful clinic to those who are seeking help with addiction. The Doctor is very professional and makes people own up to their addiction in a very professionaland helpful manner. The front desk staff are amazing and helpful as well. I would reccommend this clinc for people wanting help with any opioid addiction. Also the Pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful. I've seen Dr Dason twice. He's ordered tests, discussed results, evaluated my concerns, and spoken frankly. He is the type of doctor I appreciate seeing. When we first talked, I asked him what his style was. He was surprised to be asked. I told him mine was straightforward: I would listen to him and do what was requested but wasn't an advocate of pills as a solution for most issues. We get along just fine! His nurse partner, Margaret, is efficient and friendly. A good team!

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

Dr Tawadross conducts himself in a professional manner, but has a quiet sense of humor that make it easy to be his patient.He has no problem admitting he needs specialized assistance for his patients, which gave me confidence to approach him. My wife feels the same about the female doctors in that practice. We are huge fans.

Amazing doctor!!! He has great bedside manner, great with children, cares about his patients and very knowledgeable. I trust him very much. If you are looking for a doctor, I'd highly recommend him. Wait times aren't bad at all and each time I have called in to see Dr. O, there has never been any problem and he always makes himself available. I also adore his secretary, Alex - she is friendly and helpful.
