Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away.
