I began working as a Kinetic Swedish Massage therapist in 2005. KSM is a technique that promotes greater amplitude of movement and helps to obtain total muscle relaxation with focus not only on the muscle belly but also the attachments- tendons. I then continued taking courses in Hotstone Massage, Reflexology and Massage adapted for pregnant women. In 2012 I decided to go back to school and take a course In Muscle Activation Techniques, and have been working in the field since 2013. MAT is a biomechanically based evaluation and treatment system that provides a systematic approach for treating muscular imbalances that contribute to injury and helps determine why there may be increased stress in the tissue or articulation.

John's studio is nestled in the countryside of the Chateauguay Valley, in the province of Quebec. For the past 40 years, John has been creating artwork inspired by this rural landscape, its wildlife and its people. His work has gained wide appeal; with his paintings showcased in magazines, museums, halls of fame and of course adorning many walls.
