The idea for Pathfinder came about when Chantale lost her beloved Golden Retriever, Rozzi. The loss inspired Chantale to follow her natural talent for working with animals. In 2011, she launched Pathfinder Pet Care, a boutique pet care company. Becoming a business owner wasn't far fetched for Chantale as she was raised in an entrepreneurial household. It was her intention to have the name Pathfinder become synonymous with pet care in the community. Pathfinder's success is built on its strong values, personalized pet care and customer service. Chantale believes pets desire companionship and stimulating exercise. In home boarding guests are considered family.
