When I first wandered into the Secret Garden looking for some purple for my daughter's hair I was treated with a genuine interest that just isn't the norm anymore. My daughter and I love coming to the Secret Garden, we are always left feeling valued and special. Their attention to detail is beyond compare. When I decided to get extensions choosing Barbara Louraine extensions was an easy decision. I have always felt care for as not only a client but a person as well. 24/7 customer service, cleaner, maintenance and security is very helpful and accessible at any time. Resident Managers are also very responsive and takes immediate actions. Great location, and very quite structure. Parkades could use more attention though but content so far.
