283 Portage Avenue
The Sterling Window Lofts are located at 283 Portage Avenue in downtown Winnipeg. The eight levels above the first floor commercial space of the century-old Sterling Building were once offices and have now been beautifully transformed into a residential complex geared towards young professionals.
The building is now host to 64 suites which are a combination of studio and one bedroom units. These "Micro-Apartments" which are the fastest growing trend in urban centers around the world, though compact, are filled with light from the large windows.
Anthony Siwicki Sr. and Anne Siwicki had a dream back in 1957 of starting a family dining establishment serving deliciously prepared wholesome foods.Above all, they held dear to their hearts the importance of family values. We believe in operating with the same beliefs and vision.Be well, live well, and eat well are just a few of their secrets to success, because life is all about having a good time.So tonight, whether you're in our dining room or lounge, please enjoy your evening and thank you for creating memories with us.The Siwicki familySue, Tony, Jimmy, Maureen, JCDeclan, Mikenna
