Over the years I have had to exchange Black and Decker machines that broke down just before or even slightly after their warranty. I have never had any problem trading in the old for new with no charge. Even when at item could be repaired, instead a new item was given. This kind of back up for warranties is great. I have always been met with friendliness and high efficiency. Black and Decker remains a name brand I consider good and will continue to buy.

Industrial Power Tool is a family owned business that has operated for 5 decades. Don Johnson, who originally founded the business, moved it to the little yellow building on Spiller Road 35 years ago. In 1992, the business was taken over by Hellmut Schmidt, and 14 years ago Hellmut’s daughter Sue began managing the shop. Due to the need for a larger space, we moved the business to its current location in Calgary.
