Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. My dog completed puppy obedience with Wag and Train and now attends the daycare a few times a month. All of the staff are so great and loving with our dog. If I say 'puppy school' my dog gets so excited knowing he is going to "Wag" for the day. When we meet other "Wag" dogs at the park, we know the dogs will play well together. Convenient hours and a guaranteed sleepy dog the next day! Love the grooming service, too!
