I had a very positive and informative experience shopping at this store. My old central vacuum motor had burned out after only 5 years. Regrettably I had purchased it from Costco. Joe at Vacmaster showed me the different motors that are used in central vacuums. I could tell right away the difference. I purchased the Canavac LS550 and had them install it for me the next day. Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did.
