Tina and her husband have enjoyed living on the coast permanently since 2005, after visiting family here for over 20 years. With four incredible grown up children, her and husband recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.Tina spent 4 years with The Whistler Real Estate Co. as a Realtor and 5 years in Resort Sales in Whistler. She and her husband owned and operated a café/catering business for 10 yrs in Whistler, and a B&B snowmobile adventure company.She continues to work and communicate with the 50 plus realtors at the Whistler Real Estate Co. and the affiliate ReMax office in Whistler and Pemberton exposing Sunshine Coast real estate to the Sea To Sky Corridor.Being from a family with over 30 yrs of real estate background, working with people professionally comes naturally for Tina.She has had great success selling unique properties on the coast including several waterfronts, Gibsons real estate, Sechelt real estate and continues to achieve the Remax 100% Club recognition every year.

The past couple of years has seen a great physical change to Ladysmith's downtown, which has created many new opportunities for the Festival of Lights volunteers to create and add new lights and decorations.Ladysmith & District Credit Union fireworksWe acknowledge the financial assistance of the Province of British Columbia but probably the biggest 'sponsors', though, are the residents of Ladysmith. Over the years the ever increasing core of volunteers has gone the longest way in helping to make Ladysmith famous for its annual Light Up and its community spirit and to also make people aware of what they had in their own downtown and to shop local.For all of this assistance, the Festival of Lights is extremely grateful
