He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good. On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy. We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely.
