DOUBLE L TOWING is a company with a long history of serving communities with full towing, hauling, and road side assistance services - from light vehicles to heavy equipment. Since 1972, we have grown from a 6-vehicle operation to a 23-truck business that provides quick - and efficient roadside assistance. We offer a high level of service with a vision to meet the traffic needs within our community - both now - and as traffic increases - with population growth. We are proud of the contribution we make to Alberta's communities through the services we offer. Transportation services require us to follow specific provincial and state guidelines to ensure safety and competence and we strive to do our best to implement those guidelines. By offering professional and industry certified staff, we make certain our customer's peace of mind and high standards for trust are set and maintained.

Our company provides heavy duty towing and recovery services – both for local and long distance towing. Along with our towing services, we provide 12 and 24 volt boosting services. All of our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – with no additional after hours or call out fees. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer towing services for passenger vehicles. We are looking to expand our business to cover these needs in the near future. We do, however, provide our customers road side services such as: tire repairs, minor mechanical work and fuel delivery if you run out of fuel. The company fleet is both pro-rate plated and IFTA certified. TJ’s Towing and Recovery is also licensed and insured in all provinces and states across North America. What this means to you, the customer, is that no additional out-of-province transport permits are required for basic towing services.

Started in 1988, TJ Sagoo Transportation has always provided top level aggregate, sand and gravel transportation options throughout Alberta. In 1988, at a young age, TJ Sagoo started his company with the help of a 1980 Kenworth W900. Two years later he was the proud owner of his first New Peterbilt. He married Kelly in 1992 and together they bought truck number three. They soon realized they needed a building and yard to house their growing fleet. In 2008 they constructed their first building in Fort Saskatchewan Alberta. As TJ and Kelly grew their family, a son named Jayson and two daughters named Jyoti and Jasmine; they also grew their fleet to fifty-four trucks by the year 2011. Grand opening for building number two, in their home town of Sherwood Park Alberta, was held in August 2014. With a lot of hard work and devotion TJ and Kelly built their family and business to what it is today – one of Alberta’s premier aggregate, sand and gravel transportation options.
