I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Our old refrigerator died. We decided to buy a large separate fridge/freezer. After doing some research online we stopped buy to compare prices and were very pleasantly surprised to find not only did they have the unit we wanted in stock, but the floor model was on sale. We saved 33% and they delivered the units within 7 days. Derek, the salesman that helped us, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this store/business.
