I was admiring a friend's hairstyle and she told me to go to Grottola's Salon and Spa. I am so glad I did. I love what they did with my hair. They are very knowledgeable about individual hair needs and they have products for every hair type. They know what hair style works for each individual and everyone I saw there getting their hair done, had such a flattering cut. Great service, nice people, and very nice welcoming environment. I came here in February when I was here on vacation and I absolutely LOVED THE SERVICE!!! My nails were done in about 40 minutes and Im used to having nails take about 1.5 hours in Syracuse, NY. I was so happy with the finished product that Im back in Niagara Falls and I had to look them up to bring my mom in law so we can both get our nails done!

The female owner is incredibly attentive, sweet and extremely detailed in her work. I was in an out of there under an hour after getting a pedicure and manicure. Incredible. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon if youre expecting flawless nails.

When you sit into his chair he will take his time talking with you to see what your looking for, looking at your hair texture,colour, and style and come up with the best style for you! Your hair will look the best it can and will ever be! When you walk out you will feel like a sassy, confident person with the greatest looking hair anyone has seen...be prepared to be stopped and complimented!
