Greenwave Construction is a Kelowna based company, licensed as a builder in the province of BC, with 30 years' experience in residential building. Currently David Federici, the owner, is successfully doing renovations & new builds in Kelowna & the surrounding area. His specialties are: carriage houses for extra rental income, basement finishing, legal suites as well as updating existing home exteriors to increase property values. His extensive knowledge lends itself to smoothly-run projects, schedules shared with the home owner, budgets and budget controls & his own Red Seal in carpentry. David uses local qualified trades people to complete his projects, on-time and within budgets. David spent 15 years building homes in the Lower Mainland, was involved in leaky condo restoration for a few years, worked in commercial and residential construction in Vancouver and area, then was the project manager for "The Waterfont" on Boucherie Road on the west side of Kelowna.
