This cafe is absolutely AMAZING! The food is incredible, and chef "Ju" really goes out of her way to add a special touch to every meal she creates!
The cafe is only open on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings, but it's worth the wait - I go twice a week.

The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve had amazing work done by the dentists. I had an after hours emergency because I had been in an accident and my front teeth were broken. Dr Ian and Dr Chris came in after hours to help me. I’m SO grateful! They really care about their patients and definitely go above and beyond for them. I have three small children, and they all see Dr Chris. He is patient, gentle, and he is so understanding of my child who has sensory issues. Highly recommend!

I was off work on long term disability with a back injury, I could bearly do the things I love to do anymore, seeing Ajun was like a miracle. Very pleased with the experience I've had here. Dr. Vahedi is great. I have anxiety issues and he has always been very kind and caring and respectful of my issues. He always does his best to help me get through my appointments. The staff at the front is also very nice and have always treated me very kindly and with much respect. I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.
